Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (Local & Domestic Orders): Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping of your order. For items labeled as "ready to ship," dispatch will occur within 1-3 days. As many of our products are made to order, we strive to minimize waste and promote eco-friendliness by avoiding unnecessary fabric use. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

International Orders: Are shipped within 2 weeks and may take up to 12 business days after processing to be delivered via your local postal service. Once dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

 

Shipping Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to our shipping carrier. Any issues regarding delivery should be directed to carrier customer service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date.

 

Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address, including apartment numbers if applicable, when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any issues with items in transit must be resolved with shipping Carrier.

 

Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend your order.

 

Changing Shipping Address:

 

Shipping addresses cannot be altered after an order is placed. We will ship your order only to the address provided at the time of purchase.

 

Order Cancellation:

 

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Order Tracking:

 

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

 

Exchange Policy:

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases of shipping errors. Due to the limited availability of our products, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order.

 

Return Policy: 

 

No returns or exchanges—all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ystwapparel@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your package, and we will arrange for a replacement.
